Florida YIMBY has featured Atelier Residences Miami, a forthcoming 10-story condominium development by BLDG Ventures, slated to begin construction in the second quarter of 2025 at 1265 SW 22nd Street, Miami. The project will offer 148 fully furnished luxury units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts (360 to 1,500 square feet), starting in the mid-$400,000s.
Residences will include keyless entry, integrated smart home technology, upscale appliances, and views of Miami’s skyline. Amenities encompass a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, yoga studio, and the exclusive Caya social club, offering on-site IV therapy, spa treatments, and hormone balancing. Designed by Gensler & E. Frances Architects with interiors by Pfeifer Haus, completion is anticipated in 2027.
